The 70th annual National Day of Prayer is coming up this Thursday. The
theme is “Lord, Pour Out Your Love, Life and Liberty,” based on 2
Corinthians 3:17. A drive-in prayer event will be held at noon at Legion
Park, Hollidaysburg in accordance with CDC guidelines. Local pastors and
government leaders will participate in prayers for a great Spiritual
Awakening in our country.
Then locally, from 6-8 P.M., our sanctuary here at Tyrone Church of the
Brethren will be open to all for personal and collective prayer and
meditation, again observing CDC guidelines. This time will include
inspirational music, videos, guided prayers, and information on joining the
national live stream event following from 8-10 P.M.
